Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: December 6, 2025

Welcome to Ramp Ops Consulting Group ("Ramp Ops," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a consultation, purchasing consulting services, or joining our Founder Foundation community, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Ramp Ops Consulting Group provides business operations consulting services, including strategy mapping, process optimization, and implementation support for growth-stage businesses, as well as access to the Founder Foundation community platform (hosted on Skool), which includes networking, peer support, and self-guided educational content.

2. No Guaranteed Results

While we bring proven operational experience and strategies to every engagement, business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, your team's execution, and your industry. We do not guarantee specific revenue, growth, or performance results from our consulting services or community content.

3. Consultations

Free consultations are provided to assess fit and discuss potential engagement. Booking a consultation does not obligate you to purchase further services, and does not obligate us to offer services if we determine it is not the right fit.

4. Community Membership (Founder Foundation)

Access to the Founder Foundation community is subject to Skool's platform terms in addition to these Terms. Membership fees, if applicable, are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Members are expected to engage respectfully with other members and facilitators. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for consulting engagements are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices provided at the time of booking. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies will be specified in your service agreement.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for consulting services are handled on a case-by-case basis and outlined in your individual service agreement. Community membership refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at the time of signup.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all business information shared with us during consultations and engagements as confidential and will not disclose proprietary client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, SOP templates, strategy mapping tools, training materials, and content provided by Ramp Ops Consulting Group remain our intellectual property. Clients and community members may use these materials for their own internal business operations but may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose them for commercial use without written permission.

9. No Professional Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice

Ramp Ops Consulting Group provides operations consulting only. Nothing we provide should be considered legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You should consult the appropriate licensed professional for those matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramp Ops Consulting Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or community, including any business losses.

11. Testimonials

Testimonials shared on our website reflect the real experiences of individual clients. Results vary from business to business and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to us through the contact methods listed on our website.
